The role will also be responsible to make decisions regarding the prioritization of work, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively raise issues for further review and escalation for an appropriate and timely resolution.||+ Drive compliance through the assessment and billing process.|+ Work independently and as part of a team to process transactions/request in accordance with Service Level Agreements|+ Create and maintain databases for tracking and reporting purposes.|+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of all areas within the process scope and team.|+ Apply appropriate accounting, finance policies and procedures in the assigned functions.|+ Review and interpret a variety of documents, contracts, summaries, etc. to calculate, execute and deliver assessments with completeness and accuracy.|+ Prepare and compile various reports as required for analysis and projects.|+ Drive change through communication, documentation, and feedback.|+ Independently create ad hoc reports as needed outside of standard as requested. Use reports and data to look for process improvements and system issues.|+ Share best practices and learnings (formal and informal) with key stakeholders to improve service delivery.|+ Escalate issues as needed with suggestions for resolution.|+ Conduct in depth research to identify errors and discrepancies, address them in a timely manner and perform root-cause analysis to make recommendations for process changes or to prevent recurrence.|+ Ensure that all processes and work documentation meet internal/external audit standards and requests|+ Ensure accurate records and aid in research tasks.|+ Create, maintain and update process documents related to the role and its functions.|+ Assist management team with Ad hoc reporting when requested.|What we need from you**Education -**||+ Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. ||**Experience -**||+ 2 to 5 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position.||**Technical Skills & Knowledge -**||+ Demonstrates proficiency to review and discern language in a contractual agreement to calculate assessments|+ Demonstrates proficiency in accurately, reviewing and populating databases and documents with necessary information to meet accounting and reporting deadlines.|+ Demonstrates the ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing to all stakeholders.|+ Demonstrates proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), as well as generate documents, presentations or reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint|+ Demonstrates analytical skills to be applied and engaged in reporting and projects|+ Demonstrates the ability to perform research and apply findings to improvements to processes|+ Demonstrates ability to rapidly adapt to evolving business needs.|+ Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal guidance, in addition to working seamlessly within a team environment|+ Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.|+ Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other E.R.P. finance systems preferred.|+ Ability to do middle level formulas, vlookups, pivots in Excel|+ Professional detail to review and understand legal documents, extremely detail oriented|+ Possesses executive presence|What we offerWe ll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefits including great room discount and superb training.|Join us and you ll become part of the global IHG family and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
