The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi\-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results\.**What will I be doing?**Operating within the Global Brand Marketing Team, the Lifestyle Brand Marketing team drives and leads marketing strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands: Canopy by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Motto by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton\. As a Senior Analyst, Global Brand Marketing, you will contribute to the success of the team by supporting the brand marketing Senior Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the crafting and execution of marketing strategies and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance for one of Hilton s category\-leading brands\.More specifically, you will:+ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, both long term and short term, to help achieve Brand commercial goals\. With particular focus on social media and digital channels\.+ Coordinate activities of internal and external agency partners to ensure timely and strategic execution of high\-impact brand marketing, including crafting clear briefs and facilitating creative reviews\.+ Support new opportunities to drive awareness, attract and retain specific target customer groups to our Lifestyle brands\.+ Support a growing portfolio of hotels to market themselves locally by supporting the creation of centralized tools and resources aligned with established brand identity guidelines\.+ Help identify core research, analytics, and metrics to advise consumer trends, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop strong, engaging creative\.+ Collaborate with key partners, and actively handle business partners at all levels across the enterprise, with a focus on Owners, Category, Global Brand Heads and cross\-functional teams within the Marketing and Loyalty organization\.+ Present findings and recommendations with inspiring visuals, persuasive communication, and touches that adapt the information to make it concise and relevant for each audience\.+ Promote Hilton s sustainability and DE goals in everything you do\!**What are we looking for?**The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:+ Self\-starter that is curious and has a passion for challenging the status quo+ Dedication to holding a high standard of excellence, with steadfast attention to detail+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express sophisticated ideas, make recommendations and summarize results and areas of opportunity \(both verbally and written\)+ Accomplished in building positive relationships across a matrixed organization**To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:**+ Two \(2\) years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related field+ One \(1\) year of experience working with agency partners+ Experience crafting distinctive consumer campaigns+ Experience executing marketing campaigns in digital and social channels+ Experience managing competing projects and initiatives+ Willing and able to travel as needed, up to 20%, domestically and internationally**It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:**+ BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business+ Marketing experience within the hospitality or consumer goods industry+ Knowledge of franchise organizations and/or experience working within a franchise organization+ Experience working on a global brand and/or within a global company**What is it like working for Hilton?**The future of hospitality is bright at Hilton \( a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \( \.
