Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:
Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel management systems.
- Process payments, invoices, and billing transactions accurately.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest correspondence professionally.
- Assist in upselling rooms and hotel services whenever possible.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front office documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hotel Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS software is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
