When you join our Commercial Team, that's exactly what you'll do. As a Groups, Conferences & Events Sales Executive, you'll do far more than process enquiries-you'll drive revenue, build lasting client relationships and create memorable event experiences in one of the UK's busiest MICE hotels. We are looking for a results-driven, commercially minded sales professional to join our high-performing team at the Hotel of the Year, located on Brighton's vibrant seafront. If you're passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy converting opportunities into business, we'd love to hear from you. **Here's what you'll do during a typical day:** + Manage group, conference and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to contract confirmation. + Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, consistently achieving conversion and revenue targets. + Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling and effective negotiation. + Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and overcoming objections to secure business. + Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds to showcase our facilities and services. + Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless handover and exceptional guest experience. + Manage event administration accurately, maintaining contracts, quotations and customer records. + Contribute towards departmental sales targets and the overall commercial success of the hotel. + Support promotional activities and represent the hotel professionally to grow future business. **What are we looking for?** A Groups, Conferences & Events Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and alongside other Team Members.
